Text to Speech

• Text or email messages can be delivered to the CallHandler and the Text To Speech service will take the message, and convert it to spoken text.
• This can be integrated into an IVR script, or a user could be dialled and the message played back to them.
• Messages can be delivered to the CallHandler via a TCP/IP text packet, or a text file dropped into a reserved folder on the CallHandler.
• Can be used in spoken Email, spoken newsfeed applications etc.

Voice Recognition

• Automatic Speech Recognition can be used in-place of touch-tone detection in the IVR scripts.
• Currently supported languages are English, French and German.

Integration of Web/WAP and Telephone Systems

• Web page click events can be translated into telephone voice or data events
• Voice over IP using the existing hardware enables web initiated telephone calls via the World-Wide Web
• Link Call Centres to click events on web pages
• Send FAX/Data documents from a web page

• Call-Back buttons on Web Pages
• Real-time alerting for Web WAP Digital TV
