Chelston supply CallHandler based PC/NT Computer Telephony Systems in a number of pre-configured solutions and there are add-on options available to suit your particular needs. These systems have a level of customisation that enables applications to be quickly built and maintained.
In some circumstances however, a user may have special needs, such as the integration of special NT applications, or the creation of local language control interfaces etc. In such cases we offer a Developer Kit which gives tools and access interfaces to enable these special tasks to be acomplished.
The Developer Kit is based upon Chelston's CallHandler Computer Telephony Operating Software. This operating software incorporates a Microsoft standards based, open architecture which means you have access to tens of thousands of developers who know this environment.
Using this kit, developers will be able to complete, install and test systems with the minimum of effort and so get to market faster.
