Chelston supply CallHandler based PC/NT Computer Telephony Systems in a number of pre-configured solutions and there are add-on options available to suit your particular needs. These systems have a level of customisation that enables applications to be quickly built and maintained.
In some circumstances however, a user may have special needs, such as more than 2,400 lines, Text to Speech with special feature, special integration of NT applications etc. In such cases we offer a customisation service where we will provide a fixed price quotation and delivery to a customer specification.
We will do the work and supply complete, installed and tested systems, or software and telephony hardware only, or software only where you supply the NT Computer and Telephony hardware. The choice, as always, is yours.
