Chelston specialise in the development and deployment of advance NT based Computer Telephony systems and services. Our core product is CallHandler which was developed at a time when systems were mainly UNIX based. These tended to suffer from the following limitations:
Chelston are dedicated to providing a fresh approach to this market and pioneered the development of high-density, user friendly Computer Telephony systems using Aculab's Prosody Telephony Card and Microsoft Windows 2000.
During these early days we formed a close relationship with the core technical resources of Aculab, and this continues today to provide us with a competitive advantage in producing leading edge yet totally reliable systems.
Today we have a proven core technology that will support 4 to at least 2,400 lines per chassis - with the option to accommodate more lines by the use of clustering technology. Total functionality is available across all line configurations. Our customers benefit from this by having a platform which is scalable, configurable, reliable, and maintainable.
